For exhibitorsAre you in the business of providing education, training, career or employment opportunities? If so, we urge you to become involved in the state's largest careers expo, the Department of Education and Training's Career Choices Expo 2008 this June. You may have noticed a change of venue to Claremont Showground Exhibition Centre for 2008. In 2007 over 17,000 visitors attended the three day Expo, including over 6,000 school students on the Friday. A broad range of careers across a wide variety of occupations will be showcased, providing students and other visitors with an opportunity to explore hundreds of education, career, employment and training pathways. Featuring at this year's Expo will again be Try-a-Trade activities which introduce visitors to a variety of trades and jobs in a practical and engaging way. To find out more about participating in the Try-a-Trade activities complete the Try-a-Trade registration form. Other features include a career information and advice centre, parent workshops to assist them in guiding their children through the career maze and stage demonstrations. We are also proud to confirm our network of media sponsors – Network Ten and Nova 93.7.
